Walk beneath the bridge and look down over the strait at Uzu-no-Michi. Glass panels show the sea and currents beneath your feet. For whirlpools, choose a visit time using your date’s tidal-current table.

Admission costs JPY 510 for adults, JPY 410 for junior and senior high school pupils or JPY 260 for primary school pupils. Children under 6 enter free. A combined ticket with Eddy is a separate product.
Opening hours and closed days
The facility opens from 09:00–18:00 in March–September, with last entry at 17:30, and 09:00–17:00 in October–February, with last entry at 16:30. During Golden Week and the summer holidays, hours extend to 08:00–19:00, with last entry at 18:30.
What can I see at Uzu-no-Michi?
The strait beneath your feet
View the strait along the under-bridge walkway and the currents below glass floor panels. Looking down over the sea is the attraction here.
How to get to Uzu-no-Michi
Take a Naruto Park-bound bus from in front of Tokushima Station and alight at the park. Walk about 5 minutes to Uzu-no-Michi. Facility guidance gives about 80 minutes on the bus, excluding waits. If driving, navigate to the Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum Eddy; entering only Uzu-no-Michi may send you elsewhere.

Whirlpool timing and size vary daily. Check facility last admission when choosing a time from the tidal-current table. Some open hours have no visible whirlpools.

Regular closures and extra December 2026 closure
The facility closes on the second Monday in March, June, September and December. An additional closure is announced for 14–16 December 2026; check facility notices for travel then.
