Day 1 · WA RASSE Nebuta exhibits and harbour walk

See station-front indoor exhibits on arrival, then rest by the sea.
- Aomori Station → WA RASSE
Walk east towards the waterfront. WA RASSE is about one minute from the station; adult exhibition admission is JPY 620.
- WA RASSE exhibition → Harbour walk and Aomori night
After Nebuta exhibits, briefly walk the waterfront if weather allows. Closing is 19:00 May–August or 18:00 September–April; last entry 30 minutes earlier. After late arrival, walk the harbour first. Moving WA RASSE to tomorrow requires fitting Jomon return buses and both facilities’ hours. If time is insufficient, omit exhibits and remove admission.

Day 2 · Jomon ruins and indoor exhibits
Sannai-Maruyama Historical Site · 三内丸山遺跡
See pottery, clay figures and reconstructed daily-life exhibits before the outdoor site. In rain, start indoors.

Take Nebutan-go to 三内丸山遺跡前. Adult fare is JPY 300 per ride. Ordinary/special-date timetables differ; check both services for the visit date beforehand.

- Bus-stop roundabout → Jomon Jiyukan and outdoor site
Walk about one minute to Jomon Jiyukan’s ticket office/entry signs. Enter the site through this building. Ordinary JPY 500 admission covers outdoor ruins and permanent exhibits; take a break between them. Special exhibitions/activities cost extra.

Choose an Aomori Station-bound service and return to the same site-front stop. Distinguish municipal bus stops and Shin-Aomori-bound buses. Return services may be infrequent; fit viewing and meals around yours.

Day 3 · Prefectural art museum exhibits
Aomori Museum of Art · 青森県立美術館
Explore indoor exhibits, then see Aomori-ken closely if the outdoor passage opens. Free outdoor viewing differs from indoor exhibition admission.
- Aomori Station municipal bus stop 6 → Kenritsu Bijutsukan-mae
Take a municipal bus towards Sannai-Maruyama to 県立美術館前. Adult one-way fare is JPY 280. Check your date’s outward service in the municipal timetable.
- Museum-front bus stop → Floor-one entrance and galleries
Follow the left pavement, then turn right at museum entrance signs. Summer guidance gives about two minutes; use the winter route in snow. From floor-one general information, take the gallery lift to basement level two. Adult collection admission is JPY 700; check special exhibitions separately.

- Art museum → Aomori Station
This route returns by taxi. Arrange leaving time and pickup beforehand. Roughly JPY 2,000 per vehicle to the station is an official access reference; actual fares vary. Taxi costs are excluded below.
The museum opens from 09:30 to 17:00, with last admission at 16:30. Check official exhibitions and the closure calendar, and finish in time for your return vehicle.

The association’s JPY 2,000 taxi reference is per vehicle and varies with traffic. It is excluded from the per-person total. Confirm pickup, time and fare when booking.

Three days: Hirosaki night, then Aomori
Stay one night each in Hirosaki and Aomori. Walk the park first, take an ordinary train to Aomori for Nebuta on day two, then visit Jomon ruins on day three.
Day 1 · Hirosaki Park gates and moats

Walk leisurely along gates and moats, then spend a night in Hirosaki.
- Hirosaki Station → Park Otemon gate
Walk towards Dotemachi to Otemon. Official station-starting guidance gives about 30 minutes. Your starting point varies with hotel location.
- Otemon → Sannomaru, moats and Hirosaki night
Explore gates/moats in free walking areas. Keep interior access is currently suspended; stay out of works areas. For paid zones, check that day’s opening/prices separately.
Costs assume free park areas. Fit walking to your group’s stamina and on-site access guidance.
Day 2 · WA RASSE exhibits and harbour walk
Move from Hirosaki to Aomori for Nebuta exhibits.

Use JR Ou Main Line ordinary trains between cities. Costs use the adult one-way reference JPY 720; recheck your date’s trains/fares in Eki-net. Distinguish Shin-Aomori and Aomori stations.
