Admission
Single-villa admission: high school students and older ¥300; ages 4 through junior high school ¥150. British–Italian two-villa ticket: high school students and older ¥450; ages 4 through junior high school ¥200. Tea experiences and café orders cost extra.
Opening hours
The British villa is open April 1–November 30. Hours are 9 a.m.–4 p.m. in April and November 11–30; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. May–November 10. No regular closing day May–November.

The villa’s second floor overlooks Lake Chuzenji. After walking the shore, enjoy a lake view from inside the building.
How to get to British Embassy Villa Memorial Park · 英国大使館別荘記念公園
From Chuzenji Onsen Terminal, follow the road southeast of the lake toward the Utagahama shore. The official map lists about a 35-minute walk. If starting from your lodging, check the route from that location.
Visit tips
Closed for winter December–March
No visits December–March. Closed Mondays in April; when Monday is a public holiday, check the later substitute closure. Temporary operating changes are also possible.

Choose the combined ticket if visiting both villas. Allow time for the villa visits and return walk in addition to the walk from the terminal.

Yes. Follow the lake’s southeast side toward Utagahama; the official walking time is about 35 minutes. Allow additional time to visit the villa and walk back.
