Some buildings close November 9–12, 2026

Kanemori Yobutsukan closes for electrical work during this period. This is not a closure of the entire warehouse complex: BAY Hakodate and Hakodate History Plaza are scheduled to stay open. Check which building contains the store you want to visit.

If you plan to ride the ropeway the same day

You can head to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway after visiting the warehouses, but the route from the waterfront to the lower station goes uphill. If long walks are difficult, decide whether to visit both in succession based on your schedule and energy.
