Admission

Admission is ¥610 for adults and ¥360 for junior and senior high school students. Elementary school children and younger are free. Check separate conditions for groups of 20 or more, Atami residents, and disability discounts.

How to get to Kiunkaku · 起雲閣

Walk about 20 minutes from Atami Station. For a bus, board an Izuhakone service stopping at Kiunkaku-mae from station stop 1 or 2. The ride takes about 10 minutes; the attraction is directly in front of the stop. Not all buses stop there, so check the destination before boarding and confirm your return service too. Bus fares are excluded from the guide’s walking itinerary costs.

Wednesday and year-end closures

It closes Wednesdays, except public holidays, and December 26–30. If traveling to Atami on those dates, schedule your visit for another day.

If you arrive in Atami late in the afternoon

Last admission is 4:30 p.m. Walking from Atami Station takes about 20 minutes, so leave time for the walk after your train arrives.
