Opening hours
Opening hours are 09:00–17:00 from April–October, with last admission at 16:30. From November–March, they are 09:00–16:30, with last admission at 16:00. The centre closes on 29 December–3 January and during irregular exhibition-change periods; check dated closures.

How to get to Hiraizumi Cultural Heritage Center
Take circular Run Run from Hiraizumi Station to the heritage-centre stop, address 44 Hanadate. Timetable gives seven minutes outbound, 13 minutes circular return, adult JPY 200 per ride. In 2026, operates weekends/public holidays 11 April–29 November and daily 13–16 August. First station morning departure 10:15. Other dates need regular-route return/fare checks.
