Admission
Fares are JPY 1,800 for adults or JPY 900 for ages three through primary school, applying from 1 September 2026. The tourism association's remaining JPY 1,500 adult fare predates the increase; plan using the operator's fare.
Opening hours
Trips operate 09:00–17:00, with the last departure at 16:30. There is no regular closing day; individuals and groups use the service without reservations. The ride takes about 30 minutes, with ticketing and waiting extra.

The tourism association gives about 25 minutes' walking or five minutes' driving from JR Oboke Station to Obokekyo Mannaka. Drivers park at the facility in Nishiu, Yamashirocho, Miyoshi. Buy tickets at the Level 1 counter, then go to the landing. From accommodation, check driving time and parking conditions using its actual address.
