Fares are ¥1,800 for adults and ¥900 for children from age three through elementary school. These prices took effect September 1, 2026. The ¥1,500 adult fare still shown in tourism association guidance predates the increase; use the operator's fare when budgeting.
Opening hours
Operating hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with departures throughout the day; the last departure is at 4:30 p.m. There is no regular closing day, and neither individuals nor groups make reservations. The cruise lasts about 30 minutes, excluding ticket purchase and waiting time.
