Use the middle day for temples or sleep by the coast?

Stay two Morioka nights for both temples in one day without moving accommodation. For more beach time, spend one night each in Morioka and Miyako. Temples use local JR and temple buses; coast uses route 106 and city buses. To visit the building after returning on departure day, allow time for city travel and viewing before your train.
