June–September 09:00–21:00. October–May weekdays 09:00–19:00, weekends/public holidays 09:00–20:00. Last entry 30 minutes earlier: 20:30, 18:30 or 19:30 respectively.

How to get to Chiba Port Tower
Walk roughly 12 minutes from Chiba-Minato. Official Chiba Station bus guidance lists only one weekend/public-holiday morning service; use the Chiba-Minato walk at other times.

Closures and strong winds
Generally closed fourth Mondays of even-numbered months and 28–31 December. In 2026, closed 26 October and 28–31 December. Dates may change each year; check the official annual calendar. Strong winds may cause temporary closure.
