Regular admission is JPY 450 for senior high school students and older, or JPY 210 for visitors aged 65 and older; junior high school students and younger enter free. During 3 April–6 May and 9 October–3 November 2026, seasonal admission brings the senior high school and older fee to JPY 800. Check the fee for visitors aged 65 and older during these periods in official guidance. Rides, the Seaside Train and rental bicycles are excluded from admission.
Opening hours
The park opens at 09:30. Closing is 17:00 during 1 March–17 July and 1 September–31 October; 18:00 during 18 July–31 August; and 16:30 during 1 November–the end of February. Tuesday closure is the general rule, moving to the next weekday when Tuesday is a public holiday. Some spring, summer, autumn and New Year periods have daily opening; check your visit date's calendar. Closed 31 December and 1 January, and from the Monday before February's first Tuesday through that Friday.

How to get to Hitachi Seaside Park
Take a bus from Katsuta Station's east exit bay 2. Get off about 15 minutes later at Kaihin Koen Nishiguchi (海浜公園西口). Enter through the west gate and follow the park map to Miharashi no Oka.

The bus-served west gate is some distance from Miharashi no Oka. Check your walking route on the park map and leave time to return to the west gate for your bus.
