The tomb's full shape is difficult to see from the ground. Start with aerial footage and exhibits at the Mozu centre for an introduction to its form.
How to get to Emperor Nintoku's Tomb
Take JR Hanwa from Tennoji to Mozu, checking that the train stops there. Walk about 10 minutes west from Mozu to the exterior worship area.
