Admission
High school age and older: observation floors ¥1,000, rooftop-inclusive ¥1,200. Elementary/junior high students: ¥400/¥500 respectively. Preschool children enter both areas free. A dated, timed ticket is required; sold-out slots have no same-day tickets.
Opening hours
Observation floors and rooftop operate 09:00–23:00, last entry 22:30. Maintenance closures and changes for private bookings are announced separately.

How to get to Kobe Port Tower
Take City Loop to Port Tower stop 17 and go to the ground-floor ticket and information desk. Stairs are the only access to the rooftop from observation floor 5. It may open in rain, but rooftop umbrellas are prohibited. Rain or strong winds may close it without notice; check that day’s notices.

Choose your tower entry time before planning the harbour walk
Buy a ticket for a specified date and entry time. Sold-out slots have no same-day tickets, so choose tower timing first. Walk nearby Meriken Park before or afterwards.
