Admission
Individual admission to one paid facility: adults ¥300; high school/university students ¥200; elementary/junior high students ¥100. Six-facility combined ticket: adults ¥800; high school/university students ¥600; elementary/junior high students ¥350. Town-walking products with food exchange vouchers are separate. When buying, check that your chosen facilities are open and included.

The castle-town streets have no single admission schedule. Paid facilities run by the preservation association, including the history museum, are listed as 09:30–16:30. Follow individual guidance for closures and temporary changes.

How to get to Obi Castle Town
Walk approximately 15 minutes from JR Obi Station to the tourist car park area. The town is extensive; allow separate time to walk from there to your chosen facilities. By bus, travel from Miyazaki Station towards Obi and get off at Obi-joka. Official guidance gives approximately two hours ten minutes by bus and four minutes on foot from the stop. Sightseeing and transfer waits are excluded from the bus ride time.

Do I need a combined ticket for just one indoor facility in Obi?
No. The preservation association lists adult individual admission at ¥300 and an ¥800 combined ticket for six paid facilities separately. Decide whether to see one or several first. Town-walking products with food exchange vouchers are separate products; distinguish them from the combined ticket.
