Admission
Individual admission: adults ¥2,400; ages 65 and older ¥1,800; junior and senior high school students ¥1,700; elementary school students ¥1,200. Preschool children aged 4 and older pay ¥700; children under 4 are free.
Opening hours
28 September–3 November 09:00–17:30, admission until 17:00. 4 November–19 March 10:00–17:00, admission until 16:30. For other periods or changed hours, check your visit date in the official operating guidance.

You can re-enter the aquarium on the same day. Before leaving, ask exit staff for the re-entry procedure, then return within that day's operating hours to continue your visit.
How to get to Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium
Take the JR Senseki Line from Sendai for approximately 18 minutes to Nakanosakae. Use the south exit and walk approximately 15 minutes to the aquarium. A Miyako Kotsu bus also connects the station and aquarium for ¥200 one way per adult. It is not a free shuttle; allow separate time for train and bus waits.
