Opening hours
The park and car park are open 24 hours. Tenmon Bridge observation towers open 09:00–21:30, and the park centre opens 09:00–17:00. There is no regular closing day; check notices for event or maintenance restrictions.

How to get to Fugan Canal Kansui Park
Leave Toyama Station by the north exit and walk to the park. The tourism association lists a walk of about nine minutes. Allow extra time to reach the station from your accommodation, move through the station and wait at crossings. Return towards the north exit as well.

Visiting before your train departs
Leave time to return to the station after your park visit. In addition to walking to the north exit, you need time to reach your platform inside the station.
On event or maintenance days
The park has no regular closing day, but events or maintenance may restrict access to some areas. Shorten the waterside walk in strong wind or rain.
