Ehime in 5 days: one base or two nights in Ozu?

Spend four nights in one Matsuyama accommodation, dividing the castle, hot springs, Uchiko and Ozu across separate days. Alternatively, spend two nights in Matsuyama and two in Ozu. The Ozu stay moves via Uchiko, then separates historic-street and riverside walks from the castle visit. Move the castle to the previous day or skip it for a final-morning departure.
