Basic exhibitions cost 700 yen for ordinary adults, 400 for high-school students, 200 for elementary/junior-high students and 350 for visitors aged 70+. Special exhibitions are extra. For the townscape too, check combined-ticket price, validity and use on different days before purchase.

Open 09:00–17:00, last admission 16:30. Closed Mondays and around New Year, with possible temporary closures; check the visit-date calendar.

How to get to Ichijodani Asakura Family Site Museum
Take the JR Etsumi-Hoku (Kuzuryu) Line from Fukui to Ichijodani, then walk about three minutes to the museum. The rail journey takes about 15 minutes. Check the time of your Fukui-bound return train too.

The townscape is in a different location. Allow visiting and transfer time for both. A free Karamon-bound shuttle is listed on weekends/public holidays from 4 April to 29 November 2026. Check weekday transport separately in official museum access guidance.
