Start at the east entrance for the archaeological sites. Play facilities and lawns are closer to the west entrance. Choose the entrance according to what you want to see to reduce walking.

Individual admission for adults aged 15+ is 460 yen; junior-high students and younger enter free. Ages 65+ pay 200 yen with proof of age.
Opening hours
April–May and September–March hours are 09:00–17:00; June–August hours are 09:00–18:00. Closed December 31, the third Monday of January and following Tuesday.

Use the east entrance for archaeological sites. The west entrance is closer to play facilities and lawns, changing the walk to the ruins.
Allow time for viewing and outdoor rests
Allow roughly 3–4 hours for archaeological sites, outdoor rests and lunch. This does not cover the entire park. Add time for walks to and from the station and train waits.
