Admission
Return lift admission costs JPY 600 for visitors of junior-high school age and above, or JPY 400 for primary pupils. Preschool children enter free. Entry is first come first served without reservations.
Opening hours and closed days
Lift operation: 1 March–30 November 08:00–17:00; 1 December–end February 09:00–16:30. Last entry is 20 minutes before operation ends.

How to get to Kegon Falls
Take a Tobu bus towards Chuzenji Onsen or Yumoto Onsen from JR Nikko or Tobu-nikko. Alight at Chuzenji Onsen and follow eastward Kegon Falls signs about five minutes to the lift entrance.

Mist may obscure the falls, and weather can suspend the lift. Temporary operating changes may also apply; check local guidance and official operation notices before visiting the lower platform.
