Admission

Standard individual aquarium-only admission is ¥2,030 for adults and high school students, ¥1,010 for elementary and junior high school students, and ¥500 for preschool children ages four and up. Combined tickets for nearby facilities and evening tickets are separate.

Usual hours are 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. During Golden Week and summer break from late July through August, the listed hours are 9:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; in winter, December through mid-March, they are 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Last admission is one hour before closing. How to get to Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium

Take the Meiko subway line to Nagoyako Station and walk about five minutes from Exit 3. From JR or Meitetsu services, transfer at Kanayama to a Meiko line train bound for Nagoyako. If you arrive on the Higashiyama line, check the Nagoyako-bound connection at Sakae.
