Admission

Collection exhibition admission is ¥200 for adults and ¥160 for college and high school students. Junior high school students and younger, and visitors age 65 or older, enter free. Temporary and special exhibition fees vary. Human Figure, October 10–December 13, 2026, costs ¥300 for adults and includes the former Inoue residence. This is separate from admission to The Museum of Modern Art, Gunma.

The museum opens 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with last admission at 5:30 p.m. On Fridays, it stays open until 8:00 p.m., with last admission at 7:30 p.m. The former Inoue residence interior opens 10:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m. In October and November, the garden opens 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with last admission at 5:30 p.m.; in December, it opens 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with last admission at 4:30 p.m.
