Observation-deck admission is JPY 1,200 for adults, JPY 900 for junior and senior high school students, and JPY 600 for elementary school students. Preschool children enter free.

How to get to Goryokaku Tower

From Hakodate Station, take a tram toward Yunokawa and get off at Goryokaku-koen-mae. Walk about 10 minutes to the tower, then buy your observation-deck ticket at the first-floor counter. This is a different route from traveling to JR Goryokaku Station.
