Admission
Single-villa admission: high school students and older ¥300; ages 4 through junior high school ¥150. British–Italian two-villa ticket: high school students and older ¥450; ages 4 through junior high school ¥200. Tea experiences and café orders cost extra.
Opening hours
The Italian villa is open April 1–November 30, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. in April and November 11–30; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. May–November 10. No regular closing day May–November.

Walk about 35 minutes from Chuzenji Onsen Terminal toward the lake’s southeast side and Utagahama. These walking directions do not cover routes or travel times using boats or seasonal buses.
