How to get to Befco Bakauke Observatory · Befcoばかうけ展望室

From Niigata Station bus terminal stop 17, take a bus toward Toki Messe/Sado Kisen and get off at Toki Messe (朱鷺メッセ). One-way station–Toki Messe fares are ¥260 for adults and ¥130 for children. Cross the plaza in front of the building to the Bandai-jima Building entrance (万代島ビル入口), marked for Hotel Nikko Niigata and offices. Take the direct observation-room elevator (展望室直通) from the first floor to the 31st floor. It can only be boarded on the first floor and differs from the hotel-only and office-only elevators. Return on a bus to Niigata Station via Bandai City. Distinguish it from buses to the prefectural office via Furumachi.
