Admission
Individual admission costs JPY 500 for adults and JPY 250 for primary and junior high school students. Visitors aged 65 or older pay JPY 450 with proof of age at the ticket counter.
Opening hours
The museum opens from 9 am to 4.30 pm; official guidance recommends entry by about 4 pm. It closes on Mondays, on the next weekday if Monday is a public holiday, and from 29 December to 1 January. Temporary closures may also occur.
