Admission
Kami-no-Yu bath-only costs JPY 700 for ages 12+ or JPY 350 for ages 2–11 for 60 minutes. Kami-no-Yu bathing with Level 2 seating costs JPY 1,300 for adults or JPY 650 for ages 2–11. Tama-no-Yu Level 2 seating costs JPY 2,000 for adults or JPY 1,000 for ages 2–11, including both baths, Level 2 rest and self-guided Yushinden viewing. Separate guided Yushinden viewing costs JPY 500 for adults or JPY 250 for ages 6–11. Check course-specific reservations for lounges and viewing.
Opening hours
Kami-no-Yu bath-only runs 06:00–23:00, reception until 22:30, 60 minutes without advance reservations. Level 2 and Level 3 lounge courses run 06:00–22:00; reception for Kami-no-Yu and Tama-no-Yu Level 2 seating ends 21:00, reception for Tama-no-Yu Level 3 private rooms ends at 20:30. Yushinden viewing runs 09:00–17:00, reception until 16:30.

Rest-room time after bathing
Alongside Kami-no-Yu bath-only use, courses combine bathing and lounges. Tama-no-Yu Level 2 seating includes Kami-no-Yu and Tama-no-Yu baths, Level 2 rest and self-guided Yushinden viewing. Fees, duration and reception conditions differ by course.
How to get to Dogo Onsen Honkan
Take an Iyotetsu Dogo Onsen-bound tram to Dogo station, then walk Haikara Street to Honkan. For meals before or after bathing, check the shops you want to visit.

Before you visit
Honkan has no overnight accommodation
Honkan is a public bathhouse, not accommodation. Book nearby accommodation separately for a Dogo night after bathing.

No advance reservations are taken; register on site. Queues are possible, so leave time before later plans. Other lounge courses have different reception and booking conditions; check official Honkan guidance.
