Yasumiya shore walks have no separate admission. Cruises, visitor centres and seasonal experiences have facility-specific prices and operating conditions.
Opening hours
There is no single opening time for the whole shore. Cruises, buses and visitor centres vary with season/weather; check the facilities you plan to use. Cruises and some experiences stop in winter, and some JR bus routes may not operate then.

How to get to Lake Towada Yasumiya shore
The prefectural tourism body gives roughly 15 minutes from the stop to Statue of Maidens; the Ministry of the Environment gives about five minutes from central Yasumiya to the shrine. These have different starting points, so the total walk is not simply 20 minutes. To add cruises or Oirase Stream, separately check operations and return vehicles.

Take a JR bus from Aomori towards Lake Towada, checking both journeys for your date first. Winter routes end at Sukayu without reaching Yasumiya. Towada Hotel on the western shore is about 15 minutes from Yasumiya by reserved shuttle. Reserve by about 22:00 the previous night; no bookings means no service. Ask other accommodation about its own conditions.
Hotel-to-Yasumiya departures: 08:30, 09:30, 10:30; Yasumiya-to-hotel: 15:00, 16:00, 17:00. Booked services run at set times, subject to change without notice. Ask about both directions for lakeside walks during consecutive nights.

Existing winter guidance ends Aomori routes at Sukayu, without continuing to Yasumiya. Check your date’s return travel instead of applying another season’s route unchanged.
Questions about Lake Towada Yasumiya shore
Is all Lake Towada accommodation beside Yasumiya stop?
No. Towada Hotel on the western shore in Kosaka, Akita, needs a reserved shuttle from Yasumiya. For Yasumiya walks, check accommodation location and both shuttle directions; operations differ by property.
