Individual admission is JPY 1,100 for adults and JPY 550 for primary, junior and senior high school students. You cannot re-enter on the same ticket after leaving.

Exhibition areas open year-round 08:00–21:00, with last admission at 20:40.

How to get to Dejima
Take tram line 1 from Nagasaki-Ekimae towards Sofukuji and get off at Dejima. Walk about one minute to the entrance. From Shinchi Chinatown stop, the walk is about four minutes. In the evening, follow the main bridge entrance signs because the Water Gate is closed.

Before you visit
Finish your visit before leaving
Allow one and a half to two hours. Re-entry is not permitted, so see the buildings and displays you want before leaving for a meal or your next attraction.
Use the main bridge entrance in the evening
The Water Gate closes at 18:00; the main bridge remains open until 21:00. Use the bridge for evening arrival or departure. Some buildings may have maintenance restrictions, so check notices for those you want to see.
