Individual fares are JPY 1,000 for junior high school age and over and JPY 500 for primary school children. Preschool children accompanied by a guardian ride free. Group and disability discounts have separate conditions; Ensoleillé tickets to Oishi Park are separate.
Opening hours
Regular sailing hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm, extending to 9 am to 5:30 pm during Golden Week and summer and changing to 9:30 am to 4 pm from November to March. The end time in each period is the last departure.

How to get to Lake Kawaguchiko Pleasure Boat Appare
The operator allows about 10 minutes on foot from Kawaguchiko Station to Funatsu pier. Find Appare's ticket office opposite the free lakeside Funatsu car park and board at that pier. The ropeway's lakeside station is across National Route 137. Distinguish the pier and ropeway entrance; follow the official mapped walking route and crossing signs. Appare returns to the same pier; Ensoleillé to Oishi pier is separate.
