When this ticket is worth comparing
If you will take both JR trains and subways or Toei buses several times in one day, compare this ticket with the fares for those journeys. For an itinerary using only JR, compare the cheaper JR-only Tokunai Pass as well. A day ticket need not save money when you make only a few trips.

The official English product summary does not establish a particular passport requirement or a universal refund entitlement. If eligibility, changing the travel date or refunding an unused ticket affects your purchase, confirm those conditions with JR East before paying rather than applying another pass’s rules.
