Three days in Gunma: exhibits or an indoor bath break?

For the statue, history exhibits and art, use Takasaki as your base and give the Byakue Dai-Kannon, history museum and modern art museum a day each. Both exhibition facilities are in Gunma-no-Mori Park. On your last day, return from the modern art museum to Takasaki Station for a Tokyo train. In Kusatsu, see a yumomi performance, then separate your Gozanoyu indoor bath and rest day from the spacious outdoor bath day.
