Admission
Online adult admission costs JPY 2,500 on weekdays or JPY 2,700 on weekends and public holidays. On-site admission costs JPY 2,800 on weekdays or JPY 3,000 on weekends and public holidays. Visitors aged 15 and under enter free. Reserve a date and time; sold-out online entry means no same-day on-site sales.
Opening hours and closed days
The museum opens from 10:00–17:00, with last entry at 16:00. It closes on Mondays; if Monday is a public holiday, it opens then and closes the next day.

How to get to Chichu Art Museum
Take a town bus to Tsutsuji-so, then a free shuttle to Chichu ticket centre and walk to the entrance. G on the Benesse House-area map marks the centre/stop. Follow the footpath to the separately marked museum southwest of it. Centre arrival is not immediate entry: allow walking/queue time to reach your reserved slot.

Choose ticket date/time, then boats and buses that can reach it. The shuttle’s ticket-centre stop is separate from the museum entrance; allow the walk.
