General facility entry is free. Paid exhibits, hall use, parking and transport cost extra.
Opening hours and closed days
The facility normally opens from 09:00–17:00, extending to 21:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and days before public holidays. It closes on Tuesdays, or the next weekday if Tuesday is a public holiday.

How to get to Yashimaru
Take a Yashima-Sanjo shuttle from JR or Kotoden Yashima. After alighting, find number 11 Yashimaru on the official summit map showing parking and Yashimaji, then follow signs. The leaflet marks its main entrance. The official 10-minute walk starts at summit tourist parking, excluding route finding after the bus. Adult one-way shuttle: JPY 340 from JR Yashima, JPY 300 from Kotoden Yashima. Choose both services for your date. Direct buses from Takamatsu stand 7 cost JPY 700 one way and run under Saturday/Sunday/public-holiday/specified-school-holiday conditions, not every weekday.
