Park entry is free. Paid facilities such as aquarium and shop purchases cost extra. Ordinary-car parking is JPY 500 per vehicle/day/entry, revised 1 April 2026.
Opening hours and closed days
Park access 24 hours, no regular closure days. Shops/paid facilities have individual hours. Charged parking entry 08:30–18:00.

How to get to Katsurahama Park
Take a Katsurahama route bus or MY Yu from JR Kochi. Alight at Katsurahama and walk into the park. MY Yu goes via Godaisan, unlike the direct route bus.

Swimming is prohibited
Do not swim at Katsurahama. Check separate aquarium fees/hours if adding it to park walks. Park access hours do not describe shops/paid facilities.
