The combined collection ticket costs JPY 700 at the general rate, or JPY 500 for university students and visitors aged 75 and above with ID. Senior high school students and younger visitors, or anyone under 18, enter free. Fees change if one room closes; special exhibitions charge separately.

Hours are 09:00–17:00, with exhibition admission until 16:30. The buildings may have different display-change dates; check both schedules to see both.

How to get to Nagano Prefectural Art Museum
Take route 10 towards Zenkoji from Zenkoji Exit stand 1. Weekdays: Daimon, then roughly ten minutes on foot. Weekends/public holidays: Joyama Koen-mae, then about one minute. Routes 11/16/17 also serve Zenkoji Kita for a roughly three-minute walk; match your stop to the route.

Closed Wednesdays, or next weekday for public holidays, and 28 December–3 January. Some rooms close during display changes; check each building’s calendar.

The rooftop normally closes at night and on museum closing days. Visit during opening hours if adding it.
