You can walk there from Aomori Station and combine it with a port walk.

Admission
Individual onboard exhibit admission is ¥510 for adults and college students, ¥310 for junior high and high school students, and ¥110 for elementary school students. Combined tickets with WA RASSE have ended, so pay separately to visit both.
Opening hours
Hakkoda-Maru opens April–October, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with last admission at 6:00 p.m. In November–March, it opens 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with last admission at 4:30 p.m. It closes Mondays in November–March, or the next day if Monday is a public holiday. It also closes December 31, January 1, and Monday–Friday in March's second week.

Railway vehicles and life at the old port
The first floor displays railway vehicles, while the third recreates the old Aomori Station-front apple market and ferry waiting room. Together, they show port life and travel from the era when the ship transported trains.
How to get to The Aomori/Hakodate Ferryboat Memorial Ship Hakkoda-Maru
Walk about five minutes from Aomori Station. Enter the second-floor boarding entrance, buy a ticket at the counter, and continue to the onboard exhibits. Allow ticketing and viewing time in addition to the station walk.
