A Day Each for the City and Sakurajima

Stay two nights near Chuo Station. Give Sengan-en and Sakurajima their own days, then visit Shiroyama on the final day. Remember that City View also follows a loop back from the observatory to Chuo Station when choosing your departure.

Day 1

  1. Kagoshima-Chuo Station → Visit Sengan-en

From East stop 4 in the station’s east bus terminal, take the daytime City View bus to Sengan-en. This loop goes through Shiroyama first. Follow the operator’s entrance guidance and visit the garden, residence, and Shoko Shuseikan Museum. Add museum and transit time to the suggested 90-minute garden-and-residence route.
