Day 1: start with Geku
Walk from Iseshi Station to Geku, then eat and stay near the station. The itinerary starts on arrival at Iseshi Station; airport return travel is excluded.

Walk about ten minutes one way from the entrance to the main sanctuary, visit, then retrace the route to the station area. Visiting and the return walk take extra time. Eat near the station and check in at your hotel. If arriving after the visiting cutoff, swap Geku with day four’s Futami visit, checking coastal weather.

October Geku visits end at 5 pm. Allow time for visiting and the walk back to the station.
Day 2: return trip to Naiku
- Iseshi Station-front stand 10 → Naiku-mae stop
Take a Naiku-mae-bound bus from Iseshi Station-front stand 10. Adult return bus fares total JPY 1,040; search times for your date separately.
- Naiku-mae stop → Uji Bridge and Naiku main sanctuary
Cross Uji Bridge, walk to the main sanctuary and visit, then have lunch in Oharaimachi on your way back.

Take an Iseshi-bound bus from Naiku-mae stand 2 back to the same Ise hotel.
Search Naiku-mae-bound and Iseshi-bound buses separately for your actual visit date. Return to the same Ise hotel after the shrine visit and meal.
Day 3: Toba Aquarium

Day 4: return trip to the Futami coast

From JR Iseshi, take a Toba-bound Sangu Line service stopping at Futaminoura. Walk about 15 minutes from Futaminoura Station to the shrine and Meoto Iwa. Choose an Iseshi-bound return service for your date.

Ordinary shrine visits are free; check shrine-counter and prayer-service arrangements separately. In strong wind or rain, shorten the coastal visit or make it a rest day.

Choose Futaminoura trains both ways first. For shrine items or prayer services, check shrine-counter hours. Shorten the coastal visit in strong wind or rain.
Day 5: shrine-approach shops, then departure

If time remains before departure, browse open shops and eat along the Geku approach and station-front shopping streets. This day does not re-enter the shrine grounds. Shops have individual hours; omit shopping for an early departure.

After eating or shopping, retrace your route to Iseshi Station. Allow time to reach the platform for your booked departure.
Allow time for meals or shopping at open venues and the return to Iseshi Station’s platform. For an early departure, finish at the station.

Change at Iga-Kambe to Kintetsu for Iseshi. The Osaka and Yamada lines connect at Ise-Nakagawa, but transfers depend on the service. Enter Uenoshi, Iseshi and your travel date in the official search to check transfers, stops and fares. A limited express also requires a reserved-seat limited express ticket in addition to the base fare.

If you have enough time before the seasonal visiting cutoff, follow the Geku approach from the JR-side exit to the entrance and main sanctuary. Return along the same approach to the station. Omit Geku for a late arrival. Match your visit to the train arrival and seasonal cutoff for your date.

Can one JR Ise–Toba Free Ticket cover all five days?
It is valid for two days, so it cannot cover the full five-day trip. The adult ticket costs JPY 5,300 from within Nagoya city and has specified JR routes and bus-ticket exchange conditions. Kintetsu and Iga Railway journeys are separate. Choose the actual two dates and starting-city travel, then compare ordinary tickets.
