How to get to Morioka Castle Site Park
The tourism association gives about 15 minutes’ walk from Morioka Station. For the bus, board the left-loop Dendenmushi at station stop 16 and get off at the castle park stop. The timetable gives about six minutes aboard. The tourism association names the stop 盛岡城跡公園前; the operator’s timetable uses 盛岡城跡公園. Allow separate time to explore the stone walls.
