There is no admission charge to explore the garden freely. Paid guided tours, cinema tickets, meals, shopping and paid programmes cost extra.
Opening hours and closed days
Garden hours are 10:00–24:00. Shops generally open from 11:00 to 21:00 and restaurants from 11:00 to 22:00, with some exceptions. Check official Namba Parks notices for closure dates.

A rooftop garden starting on the second floor
Start your walk at the second-floor garden entrance and follow the signs for each level. Continue upwards if you have time, or stay on the lower levels for a short break.
How to get to Namba Parks Garden
From Nankai Namba, follow the connecting passage to Namba Parks. If arriving by subway, follow signs towards Nankai Namba and Namba Parks. Official walking times are about seven minutes from Midosuji Line Namba, ten minutes from Sennichimae Line Namba, and 15 minutes from Yotsubashi Line Namba or JR Namba. At the building, head to the second-floor garden entrance. Allow separate time from your hotel to the station and from the building entrance to the garden levels.

The garden opens at 10:00, while shops and restaurants generally open at 11:00. In the morning, walk through the garden first, then eat or shop when the premises open. Also check shop hours if rain or strong winds shorten your outdoor walk.
Allow time to reach your train on departure day
Nankai Namba Station connects to the complex, but other Namba stations have different walking times. Official guidance gives about seven minutes from Midosuji Line Namba and 15 minutes from JR Namba. On departure day, allow time to come down from the garden and reach the departure station for your booked train.
