Self-guided garden visits have no admission fee. Paid guided tours, cinema, meals, shopping and paid programmes cost extra.
Opening hours
The garden opens from 10:00 to 24:00. Shops generally open from 11:00 to 21:00 and restaurants from 11:00 to 22:00, with individual exceptions. Check Namba Parks’ official closure notices.

Begin at the garden entrance on Level 2 and use floor signs to explore. With more time, walk higher; for a short break, stay on lower levels.
How to get to Namba Parks garden
From Nankai Namba, use the connecting passage to Namba Parks. From the subway, follow signs towards Nankai Namba and Namba Parks. Official walks are about seven minutes from Midosuji line Namba, ten minutes from Sennichimae line Namba, or 15 minutes from Yotsubashi line Namba and JR Namba. At the building, go to the garden entrance on Level 2. Accommodation-to-station travel and moving from the building entrance to garden levels are extra.

The garden opens at 10:00, while shops and restaurants generally open at 11:00. Walk first on a morning visit, then eat or shop after stores open. If rain or strong wind cuts your garden walk short, check store hours before heading indoors.
Leave time to reach your departure train
Nankai Namba connects to the facility, while other Namba stations have different walks. Official guidance gives about seven minutes from Midosuji line Namba or 15 minutes from JR Namba. On departure day, allow time to descend and reach your booked train’s station.
