General collection admission costs JPY 700 electronically or JPY 800 on site; university students pay JPY 350 electronically or JPY 400 on site. Senior high school students and younger visitors, anyone under 18, and Matsumoto residents over 70 enter free with proof. Special exhibitions charge separately. The general two-day electronic combined ticket for the castle and art collection costs JPY 1,700.
