Collection admission for adults is ¥700 electronically or ¥800 at the counter. College students pay ¥350 electronically or ¥400 at the counter. Admission is free with proof for high school students and younger, visitors under 18, and Matsumoto residents over 70. Special exhibitions cost extra. The two-day electronic combined ticket for Matsumoto Castle and the art museum's collection costs ¥1,700 for general admission.
