Admission
High school students and older pay ¥1,000 for observation floors or ¥1,200 including the rooftop. Elementary and junior high school students pay ¥400 or ¥500 respectively. Preschool children enter both areas free. Date-and-time tickets are required; sold-out slots have no same-day tickets.
Opening hours
Observation floors and rooftop open 9:00 AM–11:00 PM, with last admission at 10:30 PM. Separate notices cover maintenance closures or changes for private hire.

How to get to Kobe Port Tower
Take City Loop to Port Tower stop 17 and go to the ground-floor ticket and information counter. The rooftop is accessible only by stairs from the fifth observation floor. It may open in rain, but umbrellas are prohibited. Rain or strong wind may close it without notice; check same-day operating notices.
