Two days in Kobe: harbor or gardens?
Choose a Kobe overnight course with Port Tower views and a Harborland walk, or a ropeway ride to Nunobiki's daytime gardens. Both stay in Sannomiya.
On the last day, walk the harbor, return to Sannomiya, and take the subway to Shin-Kobe. Shorten the walk if there is too little time before your train.

- Port Tower → Observation viewing and a Meriken Park walk
Observation-floor-only tickets differ from rooftop-inclusive tickets. Regular hours are 9:00 AM–11:00 PM, with the gate open until 10:30 PM. Tickets specify a date and time; sold-out slots have no same-day tickets. The rooftop is accessible only by stairs from the fifth observation floor. It may open in rain, but umbrellas are prohibited. Rain or strong wind can close it without notice, so check same-day operations. After viewing, walk along Meriken Park's waterfront and rest. Follow on-site waterfront controls and skip restricted sections.

An airport departure needs separate terminal travel and flight check-in time.
Included: City Loop two-day pass and Port Tower admission including the rooftop
Separate costs and conditions: No facility discounts applied. Sannomiya–Shin-Kobe subway fare, Shinkansen, airport travel, flights, hotels, meals, luggage storage, and additional paid facilities are excluded.
Verified costs: adult City Loop two-day pass ¥1,200 + rooftop-inclusive tower admission for high school students and older ¥1,200 = ¥2,400. Observation floors only bring the subtotal to ¥1,200 + ¥1,000 = ¥2,200. Prepare the two-day pass at an official sales location or digitally before your first ride; only paper one-day passes are sold on board. This example uses two rides on day one and three on day two, including separate boardings at Kamomeria: five total. Five single fares cost ¥300 × 5 = ¥1,500, giving totals with the tower of ¥2,700 or ¥2,500.
