Four days in Hyogo: stay in Kobe or spend a night in Arima?
Stay three nights at one Kobe hotel for separate days at the harbor, Nunobiki Herb Gardens, and Himeji, or spend a night in Arima for an evening in the onsen town. The Arima course stays in Sannomiya, then Arima, then Sannomiya.
After the Arima night, return to Sannomiya and visit Harborland. Check ryokan meals, baths, and shuttles in your package. Shorten or skip final-day Nunobiki Herb Gardens to fit your departure.
