Singapore Airlines: delayed or canceled U.S.–Japan flights
Use Singapore Airlines’ change or refund form for a disrupted booking. For a missing bag, use its baggage portal only if your final flight was Singapore-operated and arrived within the past 24 hours.
Start with the airline’s official flight information
SQ11/SQ12 can have more than one segment. Match Los Angeles–Narita, the local departure date and the operating airline rather than the entire Singapore itinerary.
This page does not submit a refund claim, retrieve a certificate or confirm live flight status. Ask the airline for the documents and case number required for your situation.
Singapore Airlines: request a change or report a missing bag
- Singapore Airlines’ Changes and refunds page offers separate forms for changing a flight and canceling a booking for a refund after a disruption. Choose the request you need; opening or submitting a form does not by itself confirm eligibility or approval.
- Its delayed-baggage portal asks for your booking reference and bag-tag receipts. The final flight to your destination must have been operated by Singapore Airlines, and the flight must have arrived within the past 24 hours. This is an online-report condition, not a universal deadline for every baggage claim.
- If the portal conditions do not fit your journey, speak to the arrival airport’s baggage staff. Keep the report reference and receipts for necessary purchases; ask separately which written claim and supporting documents are required.

Reviewed routes and operating flight numbers
This is the reviewed subset, not a claim that every Singapore Airlines U.S.–Japan service is included. Select a route for frequency, schedule validity and source notes.

Schedule period and official checks →At the counter: replacement flight, bags and documents
Show staff your booking and ask for the replacement flight’s arrival date before accepting it. Confirm whether to collect or transfer checked baggage. For an overnight disruption, ask which hotel, meals and transport are approved before spending money.
If a bag is missing or damaged, report it before leaving the airport, keep the bag tag and obtain a reference number. Ask for the written-claim deadline; this directory has not verified a carrier-specific deadline.
For an insurance claim, request the document your insurer asks for. A screenshot alone is not an airline certificate or a guarantee of reimbursement.

Which Singapore Airlines flight number should I check?
Use the operating flight number and local departure date shown on your booking. A codeshare ticket can display another airline’s marketing number. The route records below are not a live status feed.
Are check-in counters and deadlines confirmed here?
No. Terminal, assigned counter, counter opening time, check-in deadline and boarding deadline need confirmation from the operating airline and airport for your travel date. A delayed departure does not automatically extend check-in.
