Four nights in Kagoshima: stay in Ibusuki or Kirishima?
For rest in Ibusuki after sand bathing, split your stay into two city nights, one Ibusuki night and one final city night. For separate shrine and mountain-park days, compare one city night, two Kirishima nights and a final city night. Both return to the city on day four. Include final-day sightseeing only if there is enough time before your booked departure.
