Day 1 · Central Chiba and Port Tower
From Narita, take a JR train stopping at Chiba. From Haneda, travel via Tokyo onto a Chiba-bound Sobu Rapid train. Add hotel travel if going there first.

Check actual stops for a Narita-origin JR train serving Chiba. From Haneda, take Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho, then JR to Tokyo and a Chiba-bound Sobu Rapid train. Immigration, baggage and transfers add separate time.

Take Chiba Urban Monorail towards Chiba-Minato. Chiba and Chiba-Minato are different stations.

Walk roughly 12 minutes to Port Tower. Starting from Chiba Station and train waits are excluded from this estimate.
- Port Tower entrance → Observation deck
Adult admission ¥420. Look over Chiba harbour and Tokyo Bay. Distant mountains/buildings may be hard to see in cloudy weather.
- Deck and tower exit → Chiba-Minato Station
Retrace the route to the station after viewing. Reserve train/onward-travel time before adding nearby walks.
- Chiba-Minato Station → Chiba Station
Return on a Chiba-bound monorail and follow your booked hotel’s route from the station.
Port Tower: June–September 09:00–21:00; October–May weekdays 09:00–19:00, weekends/public holidays 09:00–20:00. Last entry 30 minutes earlier. Generally closed fourth Mondays of even-numbered months and 28–31 December; check the official annual calendar. Omit the deck during regular or temporary closures such as strong winds.
Day 2 · Naritasan and Omotesando
Leave your Chiba hotel and move to Narita. Add time to visit new accommodation before the temple if needed.

Use a Narita Line service stopping at Narita, distinct from getting off at Narita Airport Station.
- Around JR/Keisei-Narita stations → Omotesando to Naritasan Somon gate
Follow Omotesando’s shops to Somon. The station approach is roughly 800 m; the main hall is farther from the gate.

Climb the precinct stairs and slopes to the Great Main Hall. To avoid stairs, check elevator locations on the official precinct map and availability for your date first.

Explore around the main hall after your visit. Buildings/desks have different hours; use only open areas after late arrival. Prayer and sutra-copying activities are excluded.

- Great Main Hall → Somon and Omotesando
Retrace the precinct route down to Somon and Omotesando. For meals, choose an eel restaurant or another place after checking hours/queues. Temple hours do not apply to restaurants.

Return towards the station along the same Omotesando route. Browsing and meals need extra time beyond walking.
Narita station-area and airport hotels are in different locations. Compare station-area stays for Omotesando walks and Sawara trips.
Day 3 · Sawara exhibits and historic streets
Day-trip to Sawara from Narita. View museum maps and surveying materials, walk the river and return to Narita.

Take a Narita Line service towards Sawara/Choshi stopping at Sawara. Distinguish airport-bound trains and check Narita-bound return trains before leaving.
- Sawara Station → Ino Tadataka Memorial Museum
Walk roughly 15 minutes from the station to the museum. Choose it for exhibits alongside old-street walking.
- Ino Tadataka Memorial Museum → Maps and surveying exhibits
Adult admission ¥500. Explore tools/materials used in making Japan’s maps. Hours 09:00–16:30; official guidance recommends entry by around 16:00.
- Around the museum → Onogawa historic streets
Walk shops and riverside areas after exhibits, leaving time for meals. Boat rides and meals are excluded from this route.
- Museum and Onogawa area → Sawara Station
Retrace your route to the station. Street browsing and meals add to the museum–station walk.
- Sawara Station → JR Narita Station
Take a Narita-bound service back. Reach the station to fit train intervals; consider dinner near Narita Station after returning.
Museum closed Mondays, next weekday for Monday public holidays, and 29 December–1 January. On closures, omit exhibits for old-street walks or stay in Narita. Reduce riverside walking in heavy rain and return to the station for your train.
Day 4 · Calligraphy exhibits before Narita Airport
Choose this exhibition visit with an afternoon flight and enough time for return walking and airport travel.

Walk roughly 25 minutes from the station. This involves more return walking than the nearby tourist pavilion.

Retrace the roughly 25-minute walk towards the station. Collect hotel-stored luggage before going to JR/Keisei-Narita for your airport train. Confirm hotel travel and luggage collection hours with your accommodation.
- Keisei-Narita or JR Narita Station → Narita Airport or Airport Terminal 2 Station
Take a train stopping at the airport. JR Choshi-bound trains do not go there. Use Narita Airport Station for Terminal 1 or Airport Terminal 2 Station for Terminals 2/3.

Day 1 · Maihama meals and shopping
Rest at Ikspiari without park entry on arrival day. Add travel from Maihama to your booked hotel if visiting it first.

Take Tokyo Monorail to its Hamamatsucho terminus. Terminal-to-platform walking and waits add to riding time.
- Hamamatsucho Station → Tokyo Station
Transfer to a Tokyo-bound JR Yamanote train and get off at Tokyo. From Narita, choose a Narita Express stopping here, then continue with the next step.
- Tokyo Station → Maihama Station
Go to JR Keiyo/Musashino platforms and board a service stopping at Maihama. Walking between other JR lines and Keiyo platforms at Tokyo adds time.
- Maihama Station south exit → Ikspiari
Go to station-front Ikspiari for meals and shopping on a day without park entry.

Choose restaurants/shops and take a rest. Facility hours are 10:00–22:30, with individual business hours varying. No park ticket is needed; meals, shopping and films cost separately according to use.

Leave via the station-front exit afterwards. For your hotel, use its walking route or shuttle stop.

Day 2 · A full Disneyland day
With transfers behind you, spend today on rides and shows. Group nearby rides around chosen show times, with meals/rests between them.

Walk roughly five minutes from the station. Hotel-to-Maihama travel and entrance queues are separate.

Day 3 · Move to Narita for the temple
Leave Maihama accommodation for Narita. Add Tokyo platform walking and new-hotel access before the temple.

Take a Tokyo-bound JR service to Tokyo. Leave time to walk from Keiyo to your next train’s platform.
- Tokyo Station → Chiba Station
Take a Chiba-bound JR Sobu Rapid train. A direct Narita service can continue without the next transfer.
- If transferring at Chiba → JR Narita Station
Transfer to a Narita Line train stopping at Narita. Distinguish airport and city stations and check actual stops.

Walk roughly 10 minutes along Omotesando to the pavilion. View float exhibits, then return to the station. Allow separate time for continuing to the temple’s main hall.

Can I spend the final night in Narita after Disneyland?
Yes. Stay two Maihama nights for a full Disneyland day, then move to Narita for temple visits and Omotesando meals. It fits a city-station overnight before a Narita flight. Transfer towards Sobu at Tokyo, then Narita Line at Chiba, or choose a direct Narita train.
